Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand emergencies sometimes come up and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request the respect of both my time and the time of others by providing a minimum 48 hours notice of any changes. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. *A credit card is required to reserve appointments at our discretion.
LATE POLICY: If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please text ASAP. Anything beyond 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day and subject to a no-show fee.
