Our Service Policies


We are a text based salon, No calls will be answered. We will gladly assist you through text. 

This is more convenient for both parties, Due that while we are working with clients we are not on our phones, and texts allows us to go back to the conversations any time. All texts, dm or emails will be answered at our soonest availability or within 24 hours during regular business hours of salon operation.


I understand emergencies sometimes come up and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request the respect of both my time and the time of others by providing a minimum 48 hours notice of any changes. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.


If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please text ASAP. Anything beyond 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day and subject to a no-show fee.


Our services and products are non-refundable, but above all else we want you to love the way you look and feel after your services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your hair or your service allow us to make the proper adjustments please contact the salon within 7 days of your service; after 7 days a complimentary adjustment will not be considered, and additional service / product fees may result.  Keep in mind, if you change your mind on what you originally wanted, that is not considered a redo and will be an additional service charge.


Please refrain from bringing any additional guests due to our limited available seating. Hot styling tools, sharp scissors, chemicals and a busy salon can all become a safety hazard with children and pets.

 All clients will be sent a confirmation message and email three (3) days prior to their appointment. Failure to confirm 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in the appointment being cancelled. Please note: it is an automated system and can only receive “YES” or “NO” responses, no personal messages.

For all new hair extension bookings, a 50% deposit of the service cost is mandatory at the time of booking. In case the required hair is not in stock, you will be responsible for the total cost of the hair, which can also serve as your deposit. This deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost on the service day. Refunds or transfers of deposits are only possible with more than 48 hours' notice for cancellations. A card will be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
